How about the fiber?

Fiber is important, we definitely agree.  But realistically, it's really hard to get the nutrients from 5 whole apples or 3 servings of kale, when you're busy.  We craved a solution that was easier to the body to digest and efficient in nutrition, due to solid foods requiring many hours of digestive (and sometimes heavy) activity.

Cold-pressing vs. other means of juicing also allows for complete removal of the fibers, enabling nutrients to be more quickly absorbed by the body.  This means energy for the body, quicker and more efficiently, so you can get back to work and life with peace of mind nutrition.
