NIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS: DAY 24 RECIPE

Here is a great recipe for a festive twist on milk and cookies for Santa. He'll definitely be leaving you an extra present under the Christmas tree after having some of this awesome hazelnut milk.

Ingredients

3.5 ounces of hazelnut

2 cups of water

natural sweetener of choice

optional: cinnamon, cacao powder

equipment: bowl, blender, nut milk bag

Direction

  1. Soak hazelnuts in a bowl with water overnight
  2. Drain hazelnuts and place into blender. Add the water and sweetener and blend until a hazelnuts have completely broken down.
  3. Strain the liquid through a nut milk bag, squeezing out as much nut milk as possible

Add cinnamon or cocao powder for an extra wow factor
