Flexible use

The self care planner is a great way to hold yourself accountable to whatever your goals may be. The calendars aren’t dated so you can start whenever. It can be a food journal or a wellness log or a way to balance personal and professional “To-Do” lists. I’m using it to keep track of my goals and how I’m going to achieve them but this planner can really be whatever you want it to be! Plus it’s pretty :)
