A medicinal adaptogen mushroom (adapto-what?) that grows in Northern cold climates. Chaga has been used as a folk remedy for centuries and is considered a potent cancer fighter.
- Helps to ward off viruses
- Anti-inflammatory aid
How to Use:
In a 1 liter pot of water, drop 1-2 chunks and bring to a boil. Let the chunks simmer until the water turns a reddish brown color. Strain the tea into a mug and add some maple syrup or honey to taste.
Each chunk can be reused 2-3 times. Yay!
