How to Use: 

For the busy bee:

Add 1 tsp to water, almond milk or smoothie for an instant boost in nutrition.  All day, every day.

 

For the adventurous: 

Mood-Boosting Chocolate Elixir: Add 4 oz of hot water or coffee to 1 tsp of powder for an instant boost in cacao tones and serotonin levels. Add sweetener if you'd like it on the sweeter side.

Peppermint Chocolate Latte: Add 1 tsp to your cup, and a dash of hot water to make a "paste". Then add your favorite almond milk and sweetener (optional) before stirring. Microwave if preferred warm or drink and enjoy.

Smoothie: 1 tsp into your ingredients and blend for 1 minute.

Meal Booster: Add 1-2 tsp to your favorite dish (e.g. soup, chia pudding, overnight oats, or even cereal!).

*For most effective results, take daily first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
