How to Use: 

For the busy bee:

Add 1 tsp to water, almond milk or smoothie for an instant boost in nutrition.  All day, every day.

 

For the adventurous: 

Mood-Boosting Chocolate Elixir: Add 4 oz of hot water or coffee to 1 tsp of powder for an instant boost in cacao tones and serotonin levels. Add sweetener if you'd like it on the sweeter side.

Peppermint Chocolate Latte: Add 1 tsp to your cup, and a dash of hot water to make a "paste". Then add your favorite almond milk and sweetener (optional) before stirring. Microwave if preferred warm or drink and enjoy.

Smoothie: 1 tsp into your ingredients and blend for 1 minute.

Meal Booster: Add 1-2 tsp to your favorite dish (e.g. soup, chia pudding, overnight oats, or even cereal!).

*For most effective results, take daily first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

I love this stuff!

I went through a spell of adrenal dysfunction last year and my functional MD recommended I start using ashwagandha. This was the most delicious way to add it into my routine! I'm soooo obsessed with it!

Magic!!

Truly Delightful.

When they say chill, they mean chill. If you're feeling tamasic already, it's not the best choice, but on any other day it is so lovely. It has become one of my favorite elements in my daily routine. It tastes more like earth than "peppermint hot chocolate" as the description reads, but is perfect in my opinion. I warm a bit of almond milk and stir it in. It is very nice to truly relax, mentally and physically, with the assistance of this delightful combo.

Best sleep aid

I love this bottle. I make a peppermint hot cocoa with this it knocks me out. It‰Ûªs a light flavor and very creamy. One of my favorites. I‰Ûªll always have a full bottle of this in my house
