How to Use:
Add 1 tsp to water, almond milk or smoothie for an instant boost in nutrition. All day, every day.
Mixed 1 tsp with warmed unsweetened vanilla almond milk to create a hot chocolate of sorts. The chocolate flavor is pretty subtle (you could definitely add additional cacao if you want more flavor) but a nice pre-bedtime drink. I fell asleep more easily and slept like a baby throughout the night. This will definitely be my post-work chillout drink!
