2 cups cold water
2 generous handfuls of spinach (maybe 3)
1/2 cup mangos (or pineapples)
1 tsp of agave nectar
Blend 'er up! If you like it frozen, add ice cubes in lieu of water. Want to get super fancy? Add some chia seeds or flax for some added protein and healthy fatty acids.
