HUMP DAY CELEBRATION: DAY 11 RECIPE

Woot, happy Hump Day!  Half way through the week, need a little pick me up?  Either order our very own Pick Me Up or try this recipe full of earthy greens.  

You can do this one either in your blender (e.g. Vitamix / NutriBullet) or in your juicer.  We're posting this early so you can spring right into your busy day.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 Cup/12 oz water or coconut water
  • 2 Cups Spinach
  • 1 Cup Kale
  • 3 Celery sticks
  • 1-2 Tbsp Cinnamon
  • If doing a smoothie, add 1 Cup Ice and 1 Banana for texture and healthy sugars + potassium
