An extremely easy to make veggie juice super high in Vitamin A and C "stemming" from the high quantity of tomatoes and carrots.

Ingredients:

6 medium Tomatoes (chopped)

1 medium beet with greens (peeled and chopped)

1 large celery rib (chopped)

1 medium carrot, with top (chopped)

spinach

Italian parsley

Directions:

Chop, juice, and enjoy!  Garnish with a lemon and even add a salt rim liner for looks.  Mmm veggie juice...
