THE HANGOVER HELPER: DAY 7 RECIPE

Need that hangover remedy?  Alcohol dehydrates and adds high amounts of acidity to the body.  Maximize vitamin C and drink lots of water and you'll be back in tip-top shape in no time.


Ingredients:

3 oranges

1 small piece of gingerroot

1 apple

(If you'd like to get shmancy, add in 1/2 tsp of lavender buds)


Directions:

Juice it up, whisk in the lavender, and pour into glass.  Then go back to bed.

Serves 1 person
