THE LEAN GREEN SMOOTHIE: DAY 4 RECIPE

We love juices but also our fiber-rich counterpart, Smoothies!  Check out this super easy but tasty green smoothie recipe packed with nutrients.

Ingredients:

1 handful of spinach

1 handful of kale

1 banana, chopped

1 apple, chopped

1/2 cup berries

3-4 ice cubes

Have some soy or almond milk?  Add some creaminess to it (and protein!).

Directions:

Throw all ingredients into a blender (magic bullet?), blend, and JRINK up!
