1 handful of spinach
1 handful of kale
1 banana, chopped
1 apple, chopped
1/2 cup berries
3-4 ice cubes
Have some soy or almond milk? Add some creaminess to it (and protein!).
Throw all ingredients into a blender (magic bullet?), blend, and JRINK up!
